The New Taylor Is Here, she reborn in the new music video of ME! from her LOVER album, taking us through a charming journey in a pastel inspired fairyland. It seems Swift move on from her dark moody of Reputation era, as the video opens up with a pink snake exploding into butterflies, instead of the aggressive and scaly snake, which was hissing at the camera in ‘Look What You Made Me Do.’ Butterflies are an important piece of Swift’s upcoming seventh album rollout, so their usage makes total sense. If you take into consideration the message of the Reputation album, “the old Taylor is dead,” and the metamorphosis from “ME!“ we will witness the awakening of Swifty’s brand-new version… one more joyful and colorful, which will dominate her upcoming album. In the first seconds of the music video directed by Dave Meyers together with Swift, her precious cats Olivia and Meredith had an appearance… while she and Brendon Urie argued in French, right before diving in a candy-colored dreamland.
A day before the release on the streets of Nashville appeared a mural of a butterfly with the word “ME!” conceived by Kelsey Montague, a street artist that was instantly associated with Swift’s upcoming album titled LOVER.  Taylor made her apparition at the mural and did an interview during the NFL draft broadcast with ABC’s Robin Roberts. She revealed her collaboration with Brandon Urie and the title of the upcoming music video at midnight.
