Taylor Swift Handled a Stage Malfunction Like a Pro

The latest pop celebrity who fallen victim to an awkward stage malfunction is none other than Taylor Swift.

During the Philadelphia second show of her ongoing Reputation tour on July 14th, while the pop star was performing the hit song “Delicate’ an unexpected malfunction occurred. She got stuck mid-air in a sparkly basket, which was meant to transport her from the main stage to a smaller one.

“I’m pretty sure I’m stuck up here. It’s a nice view, though. So what you just saw was me going like straight up and down in this sparkly basket. It’s supposed to take me to the other side of the stadium. So what happens now is basically I’m just chilling waiting to figure out what happens next. I have another flying thing across there that works apparently. Or wait! So there are people talking in my ear.” she said while trying to explain the technical difficulties.

But the Swifties army should be proud of their queen. She knew how to handle the delicate situation turning the mishap into a special moment. Taylor quipped, “This is so boring for you, I’m so sorry,” before starting to sing without accompaniment her 2007 track “Our Song.”
