Justin Bieber: The 8 Greatest Hot 100 Hit Songs

Jul 4, 2018 | Artists

Bieber became a youtube star at a young age, due to his mother, who posted videos of him singing, and drumming.

Soon after, he was discovered by the talent manager and investor, Scooter Braun. Since then, Justin Bieber started to gather a splendid collection of Hot 100 hits. From ‘One Less Lonely Girl’ in 2009 to his contribution to the song ‘Despacito,’ Bieber circled between different kinds of genres, music styles and collaborators, all of which made performance on the chart.

  • Bieber had become a permanent presence at the highest positions of The Hot 100, since September 2015, when he released the chart-topping song ‘What Do You Mean,’ which reigned on No.1 for one week.
  • Next year, in 2016, Bieber became the only third artist ever to claim the top two positions on the year-end tally when his singles ‘Love Yourself’ and ‘Love Sorry’ were ranked as the No.1 and No.2 Hot 100 hits of the year.

In the first quarter of 2017, was released a remix version of the Latin hit ‘Despacito’ featuring Bieber vocals, who for the first time in his career sang in Spanish.

  • The remix topped the chart for a record-tying 16 weeks in the last summer, and on its early 24 hours on Youtube.
  • And the official music video amassed 20 million views, becoming the third-highest debut for a music video in 2017, as of September.
