Cardi B shuttered four world records with her debut album Invasion of Privacy.

It won the Grammy for The Best Rap Album and made Bacardi the first and only woman to win the trophy as a solo artist. Cardi B smashed two of Beyonce’s Billboard world records, one for Most simultaneous Billboard Hot 100 entries by a female singer and the Most simultaneous Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Top 10 entries by a woman.
  •  “Bodak Yellow” made Cardi B the second rapper to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart with a solo single, after Lauryn Hill did it in 1998 with “Doo Wop (That Thing).”
  • It spent three consecutive weeks at #1, tying with Taylor Swift’s song “Look What You Made Me Do” as the longest-running woman at #1 in 2017.

Most streamed album in a single week on Apple Music by a female music artist.

In April 2018, Cardi B’s debut album Invasion of Privacy set the Apple record for most-streamed album by a female singer in the first-week scoring over 100 million plays and shattering the previous record-holder, Taylor Swift.

Invasion of Privacy is also the third most-streamed album of 2018 on Apple Music streaming service, being the highest for a female.

Most simultaneous Billboard US Hot 100 entries by a female singer.

Cardi B made music history after, her first album Invasion of Privacy, broke Beyonce’s record for Most simultaneous Billboard US Hot 100 entries by a female artist.

Thanks to her total of 13 tracks, Cardi overtook Beyonce’s claim of twelve, which she achieved with the release of her sixth album, Lemonade.

  • 12 of the 13 songs featured on the chart are coming from Invasion of Privacy, and the other song is Finesse, a collaboration with Bruno Mars.

Most simultaneous US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Top 10 entries by a female singer.

 Cardi B overtook Beyonce to became the third artist and first woman with five simultaneous entries atop of the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, in a single week, since 1958. The position of Cardi B’s songs on the chart are “Finesse” at No. 1; “No Limit” at No. 3; “MotorSport” at No. 4; “Bartier Cardi” at No. 7.

Cardi B is the first female artist to win the Grammy Trophy for Best Rap Album.

In 2019, Cardi B became the first solo female singer to win the Best Rap Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards and was achieved with her debut album ‘Invasion of Privacy,’ which was released on 5 April 2018. The New York rapper is the first female musician to have all singles from an album certified gold or higher by the RIAA.
