Q: Do you think you’ve changed since becoming famous?
Justin Bieber: “Yeah, I’ve changed, hopefully not for the worst since this all happened. I was young, I was 12 or 13 when everything started to happen so, of course, I’ve changed physically and mentally and stuff, but always kept my fans first and
always kept God first. That’s the most important thing.”
Q: You became famous on YouTube for your voice, but it sounds like you use Auto-Tune on all your records. Do you? If so, why?
Justin Bieber: “I don’t use Auto-Tune. They tune my vocals – they use (pitch corrector) Melodyne. But every artist uses Melodyne. Not every artist, but 99 per cent of artists. I like the sound, the perfectness of tuning in the record. No one has completely perfect pitch.”
Q: Who doesn’t follow you on Twitter that you wish would follow you?
Justin Bieber: “Beyoncé. She’s so sexy. I’m in love with everything about her. But I do love Jay-Z, so I can’t do anything about it. I’ve had a crush on her for a long time.
